Rush Street Interactive grew third-quarter 2026 revenue 39% to $385.9 million and kept its full-year revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance in place.
- Revenue: $385.9 million, up from $277.9 million
- Net income: $28.7 million, up 93% from $14.8 million
- Adjusted EBITDA: $62.2 million, up 73% from $36.0 million
- Adjusted sales and marketing: $54.7 million, or 14.2% of revenue
On our arithmetic, adjusted EBITDA margin rose to 16.1% from 13.0% a year earlier. The company said the gain reflects operating leverage even as it spent more on marketing, where it "saw attractive returns."
Latin America supplied most of the user growth
Monthly active users reached 907,881, up 42%. The split is where the growth sits.
- North America: 300,572 MAUs, up 34%, with ARPMAU of $309
- Latin America, including Mexico: 607,308 MAUs, up 46%, with ARPMAU of $58
Latin America accounted for about two-thirds of monthly actives in the quarter, on our arithmetic. Its ARPMAU is roughly a fifth of North America's, so the region brings in users more cheaply than it earns per head. The company said revenue growth in the region remained strong "on both a gross and net basis."
Guidance held, with a Colombia caveat
Rush Street reiterated full-year 2026 revenue of $1.56 billion to $1.60 billion, up 38% to 41%, and adjusted EBITDA of $245 million to $265 million, up 59% to 72%.
The guidance rests on two assumptions. Only operations live as of the release date are included, and the company expects to keep operating under similar tax structures. The release names the temporary emergency 16% tax decree in Colombia specifically. A change to that decree would bear directly on those assumptions.
Alberta is early, and the company says so
Chief Executive Richard Schwartz said the company is more than three months into its Alberta launch and expects "the ramp to be gradual." He added that the company is "excited about the opportunities in this new market." Rush Street operates in 15 US states, along with Colombia, Canada (Alberta and Ontario) and Mexico.
Schwartz also said customers who joined during the World Cup "continue to play across our products." The company did not quantify that cohort.
What the quarter shows
Online casino is the profit engine, in the CEO's words: "Online casino remains the engine of our profitability." Readers comparing RSI with peers should set this against BetMGM's third-quarter update, which showed a slower revenue rise, and Caesars' digital results.
