Caesars Entertainment's third-quarter net revenue rose 2.5% to $2.94 billion, but its net loss widened to $123 million, and the one segment growing its profit fastest was Caesars Digital.

  • Net revenue: $2.94 billion, up from $2.87 billion, a 2.5% rise
  • Net loss attributable to Caesars: $123 million, against $55 million a year earlier
  • Consolidated adjusted EBITDA: $865 million, down from $884 million, a 2.1% fall
  • Caesars Digital adjusted EBITDA: $44 million, up from $28 million, a 57.1% rise

Caesars Digital's revenue grew more slowly than its profit. Digital net revenue reached $326 million, up 4.8% from $311 million, and the segment moved to a $4 million net profit from a $21 million loss a year earlier. On our arithmetic, Digital's adjusted EBITDA margin rose from 9.0% to 13.5%. The release does not break Digital results down by product, and it gives no player or handle figures.

The digital gain sits beside weaker results elsewhere in the company. Las Vegas adjusted EBITDA fell 9.5% to $343 million, while the Regional segment rose 3.6% to $524 million. Corporate and Other lost $288 million at the net line, against a $240 million loss a year earlier. Nine-month Digital adjusted EBITDA reached $181 million, up 19.9%, which is the longer trend behind the quarter.

The balance sheet is heavy. Caesars had $11.7 billion of debt outstanding at 30 September 2026, $864 million of cash, and total cash and borrowing capacity of $2.95 billion. Net debt stood at $10.8 billion.

Caesars is not holding a quarterly call. The company cites its pending agreement to be acquired by Fertitta Entertainment, announced on 28 May 2026. The release contains no management commentary on the Las Vegas decline or on Digital's margin, so the company's own explanation for either is not available. Once the deal closes, Caesars will no longer be listed on NASDAQ.

The digital profit line is small, but it is the one moving

Digital is about 11% of company revenue this quarter, yet its adjusted EBITDA rose faster than any other segment's in the release. Its margin is still thin next to the Regional business, so the gap is the number to track in any future filing that breaks Digital out.
