Sportradar grew third-quarter revenue 24% to €363m, with US revenue up 47%, while it repurchased $157m of its own shares and kept its full-year outlook unchanged.

Profit for the period rose 20% to €27m, or 7.5% of revenue. Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, climbed 21% to €102m, a 28.2% margin. The company cited a €6m currency loss and €4m of higher financing costs tied to additional sports rights.

  • Total revenue: €363m, up from €292m
  • Betting & Gaming Content: €242m, up 37%, including the IMG ARENA acquisition
  • Managed Betting Services: €55m, down 3%
  • Marketing & Media Services: €51m, up 15%
  • United States revenue: €98m, up 47%, now 27% of group revenue against 23% a year earlier
  • Free cash flow: €73m, up 12%

Prediction markets carried the US growth

The company attributes the US increase to market expansion, including prediction market growth, and to customer uptake of its premium content. It said it had expanded its Polymarket partnership to more than 20 leagues and competitions, including the Bundesliga, Euroleague Basketball and the tennis Grand Slams.

Sportradar also signed agreements with additional prediction market makers and brokers. Chief Executive Carsten Koerl said: "Sportradar delivered another strong quarter of double-digit growth."

Managed trading lost ground on sport results

Managed Betting Services fell 3% as higher trading turnover was offset by lower trading margins, which the company linked to unfavourable sport outcomes.

Atrium exit and buybacks

Sportradar agreed on 7 October to sell Atrium Sports, the coaching and scouting business of Synergy Sports, to Teamworks Innovations for $170m. The company expects the deal to close in the fourth quarter of 2026. Sportradar Sells Atrium Sports covers the sale itself.

The company repurchased $157m of shares in the quarter. Since inception, the plan has bought back 34 million shares for $519m, including $408m in 2026, against a total authorisation of $1bn.

Cash and equivalents stood at €190m at 30 September, down from €365m at year-end, with total liquidity of €440m and no debt outstanding.

Outlook held as the Atrium sale is excluded

Sportradar reiterated its 2026 outlook: revenue growth of 19% to 21% on a constant-currency basis, equal to €1,518m to €1,533m at current rates, and adjusted EBITDA of €360m to €368m. The outlook does not include the Atrium divestiture, which the company will factor in once the deal closes.
